Dr. Noemí E. Zaritzky, Senior Ad-Honorem Researcher at CIDCA, was awarded on November 25 with the Prize for Women Technologists in the 2nd edition of the Ada Byron 2021 Prize in Argentina.
The Ada Byron 2021 Award was organized by the National Technological University (UTN), the Catholic University of Córdoba (UCC) and the University of Deusto (Spain), has the sponsorship of the companies Fortinet, Microsoft and TechnipFMC and distinguishes women with professional career in technology, engineering and related scientific fields.
Dr. Noemí E. Zaritzky is a Doctor in Chemical Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires, Magister in Chemical Engineering and Chemical Engineering from UNLP, with a broad professional and academic career in the area of food and environmental engineering and technology.
She was the director of our institute from 2003 to 2016.
